What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling residential property sales from valuation to completion


• Booking and conducting viewings


• Negotiating sales and closing deals


• Generating and winning new business opportunities


• Delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors


• Supporting the branch in hitting targets and achieving growth 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills


• High standard of customer service and professionalism


• Proactive and target-driven attitude


• Well-presented, confident, and articulate


• Local knowledge of Wallingford and surrounding area preferred


• Full UK driving licence essential
