WANTED! An experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator is required for a successful Southampton based agency: agreeing property sales, showing properties, building client relationships, negotiating offers, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced residential property environment.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful and forward-thinking estate and lettings agency in the Southampton area.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential sales who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering a high level of customer service.

You will be part of a professional team with a strong local presence and reputation. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties


• Arranging and conducting property viewings


• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors


• Progressing sales through to completion


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Generating new business opportunities and leads


• Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems


• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively under pressure


• Professional, well-presented and confident manner


• Good knowledge of the Southampton and surrounding area


• Target-focused approach to achieving results


• Excellent spoken and written English


• Full UK driving licence
