Working within an established local sales team, you will build client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and generate new business.

 What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Register buyers, qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties


• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers


• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales


• Generate new business through telephone calls, applicant follow-ups and proactive canvassing


• Promote additional services and maximise opportunities to secure new instructions


• Maintain regular communication with clients and progress sales while delivering excellent customer service

 What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential estate agency sales experience, particularly for Senior Sales Negotiator level


• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills


• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills


• Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport


• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities


• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven


• Well presented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
