What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Valuer / Lister:

• Carrying out accurate and professional property valuations across the local area


• Winning new instructions and growing market share through effective business development


• Building strong relationships with vendors and providing expert advice throughout the sales process


• Conducting market appraisals and converting opportunities into successful instructions


• Developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities


• Working closely with the sales team to maximise every instruction and achieve excellent results


• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager within residential estate agency


• Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving valuation targets


• Strong knowledge of the Croydon and surrounding residential property market


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Commercially driven with a passion for business development and delivering results


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively
