A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency Sales Lister / Instruction Winner to join a leading estate agency in the Sheerness area, driving sales, winning instructions, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.

Our market-leading client is seeking a skilled and ambitious Property Sales Valuer to join their established and successful residential estate agency in the Sheerness area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable brand with a strong local presence and loyal client base.

The perfect candidate will be a seasoned Estate Agency Sales Negotiator, ready to take the next step in your career. You should have a proven track record in selling property, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional service.

Local knowledge of the Sheerness / Sittingbourne area will be a distinct advantage. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and winning new property listings


• Conducting valuations and winning instructions


• Negotiating property sales and progressing deals


• Maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and buyers


• Providing first-class levels of customer service


• Representing the agency professionally and confidently


• Achieving and exceeding sales targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a residential estate agent


• Proven sales and negotiation skills


• Ability to win new business and secure instructions


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Professional, well-presented, and motivated


• Good knowledge of the local property market (advantageous)


• Strong telephone manner and positive attitude


• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
