We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Senior Branch Manager to lead a successful team in a local Petersfield estate agency office! Drive new business, manage a team, and deliver outstanding client service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and ambitious Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager to join a dynamic independent Estate Agency in the Petersfield area.

The role is suited to a driven property professional who can win instructions, motivate a team, and maximise sales performance.

Exceptional communication skills, strong valuation experience and a proactive approach are essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the day-to-day running of the branch


• Leading, supporting and motivating the sales team


• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions


• Driving business generation and identifying new opportunities


• Overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion


• Ensuring exceptional customer service to all clients


• Monitoring branch performance and achieving sales targets


• Representing the company professionally within the local area


• Maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and local partners 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential estate agency experience


• Proven sales and negotiation skills


• Strong listing and valuation experience


• Experience managing or mentoring a team (advantageous)


• Excellent customer service and communication abilities


• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude


• Professional, ambitious and self-motivated


• Knowledge of the Petersfield area (helpful)


• Full UK driving licence and own car


• A professional approach and commitment to high standards
