Location: Gravesend Area

Salary: £55,000–£70,000+ DOE/PQE

Are you a seasoned conveyancing professional looking for a senior role with real influence? Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Gravesend, is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to manage complex, high-value matters and provide mentorship within a dynamic, supportive team.

The Opportunity

Location: Gravesend, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: £55,000–£70,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members


• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents


• Conduct detailed title checks, searches, and due diligence


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)


• Extensive UK private practice experience


• Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures


• Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions


• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills


• Track record of client care and business development


• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
