Job Title - Senior Corporate Account Broker/Handler - Insurance 
Contract - Permanent
Location - Central Manchester
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 + package
Industry - Insurance Broker

A highly respected global corporate brokerage is looking to appoint an experienced Broking professional to its Manchester operation to work on a panel of complex (often international) cases.

This opportunity exists due to ongoing organic growth.

Your role

Working on an allocated portfolio of corporate entities (typically turning over in excess of £200m p/a) you will contribute to all aspects of corporate broking - from building insurance programmes preparing presentation and renewals and negotiating with the insurer market to providing sound insurance and risk management advice to your clients.
Cases come from a range of industry sectors and will test your technical knowledge - many are international and will require bespoke solutions.

You

You will demonstrate strong knowledge of corporate broking working with cases paying fees up to (and preferably exceeding) £100k+.
You will be at home interacting with stakeholders at large clients as well as negotiating with the Manchester insurer market on your caseload.
You will thrive in a business driven by quality rather than KPIs and SLAs and able to take responsibility for your own day.
ACII qualification is preferred but not essential.
