Position: Senior Graphic Designer Reports to: Group Graphic Design Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual communications across omni channel platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution, and a deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with the in-house design team and marketing teams to translate business objectives into engaging creative solutions while helping maintain and evolve the organisation’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative concepts and designs for digital, print, social media, advertising, presentations, campaigns, and other brand materials. • Lead projects from initial concept and creative direction through to final production. • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all visual communications. • Translate briefs, business objectives, and marketing strategies into clear and effective visual solutions. • Create and develop brand identities, campaign concepts, layouts, graphics, illustrations, and supporting design assets. • Collaborate with marketing, product and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns and projects. • Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers and other creative team members. • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. • Prepare artwork and design files for print, video, advertising, and production. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, design systems, and reusable creative assets. • Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, creative tools, and industry best practices. • Present concepts and design rationale clearly to marketing teams and incorporate feedback effectively. • Review final creative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand compliance.

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, including experience working at a senior level. • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, layout, campaign design, video, and visual storytelling. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other digital and motion-design software is advantageous. • Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, hierarchy, and brand systems. • Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills. • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers is desirable. • Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and digital design best practices is beneficial.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related discipline is desirable, although a strong portfolio and relevant professional experience are equally important.
