An experienced Senior Lettings Manager / Branch Manager is required to lead the lettings operation of an independent property business in the Chipping Norton area, combining hands-on lettings expertise with strong office leadership and business development skills.

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day lettings operation, develop new landlord business, oversee property listings and negotiations, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while supporting the continued growth of the branch, the team and the company’s local reputation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Manager / Branch Manager:

• Lead the day-to-day lettings operation and support the overall running of the branch


• Generate new landlord instructions through valuations, prospecting, referrals and local business development


• Manage property listings, viewings, negotiations and the lettings process through to completion


• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants


• Monitor performance, motivate the team and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance


• Identify opportunities to grow the branch and strengthen its position within the local property market 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Significant experience within residential lettings, ideally at Senior Lettings Manager or Branch Manager level


• Proven track record of winning new landlord instructions and generating lettings business


• Strong knowledge of the full lettings process from valuation through to move-in


• Confident conducting valuations, negotiating offers and securing new business


• Previous experience leading, supporting or mentoring a lettings team


• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills


• Strong local knowledge of Chipping Norton and the surrounding Cotswolds area


• Professional, proactive and commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail
