A busy Estate Agency & Financial Services Group is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their professional team.

The Mortgage Services Division benefits from a strong volume of warm leads generated internally, providing consistent business opportunities and excellent earning potential.

The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), hold current Competent Advisor Status (CAS), and have previous experience within mortgage and protection advice. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships within a target-focused environment are essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor:

• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to residential clients


• Managing and converting high volumes of warm, internally generated leads


• Supporting clients through the full mortgage application and completion process


• Ensuring all advice and processes meet FCA compliance requirements


• Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals


• Identifying additional sales and cross-selling opportunities 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification


• Current Competent Advisor Status (CAS) essential


• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor


• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Self-managing with strong organisational skills
