What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for landlords and tenants


• Overseeing day-to-day property management operations including maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters


• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers


• Supporting and mentoring team members to help maintain service standards and efficiency


• Ensuring all property management processes comply with current legislation and best practice


• Handling complex issues, problem-solving effectively and providing support on escalated matters 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive experience within residential property management


• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements


• ARLA qualification desirable


• Previous experience managing or supporting team members preferred


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload


• Confident, professional and able to build strong working relationships


• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
