What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property valuations and securing new listings


• Managing sales progression from instruction to completion


• Negotiating offers and closing sales deals


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs


• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales


• Strong understanding of the property sales process including listings and valuations


• Excellent personal sales record


• Smart, well-presented, and professional


• Intelligent, articulate, with good common sense


• Ambitious and self-motivated


• Local knowledge of the Strood area is helpful


• Full UK driving licence is essential
