This role combines property valuations, business generation and sales negotiation, offering the chance to build strong relationships with vendors and buyers while managing transactions through to completion. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and confident securing new instructions and achieving sales targets.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister:

• Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions to grow the sales portfolio


• Building relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients to generate new business


• Managing buyer enquiries, arranging viewings and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results


• Providing accurate market advice and recommending effective property marketing strategies


• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and keeping property records and applicant details up to date


• Progressing agreed sales, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties through to completion 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Lister level


• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business


• Confident property valuation, sales and negotiation skills


• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities


• A professional approach with a commitment to excellent customer service


• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload


• Good knowledge of the local property market and current sales processes


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
