The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Site Director to lead all site operations and business functions. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production that aligns with divisional goals while championing a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-first thinking.

Key Focus Areas:

• Lead a proactive health & safety culture and deliver on all compliance requirements


• Drive high standards in product quality and food safety


• Improve material and labour efficiency, reduce waste, and embed lean thinking


• Collaborate closely with engineering to optimise site performance


• Control budgets and deliver cost efficiencies


• Inspire and develop high-performing teams with clear succession planning


• Champion clear communication and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production targets


• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to maintain our reputation for service excellence

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in chilled food manufacturing (7-10 years in a senior role)


• Strong grasp of food safety, compliance, and supply chain dynamics


• Expertise in operational excellence, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
