About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 in a warm and nurturing environment. You'll be responsible for planning engaging activities, supporting individual learning needs, and working closely with parents and carers to ensure each child thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Observe, plan, and assess children's progress

• Maintain a clean and well-organised setting

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 preferred)

• Experience working in an early years setting

• Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with young children
