NEW Top 100 Commercial Property Vacancy | Senior Associate (6PQE+) | Bristol | From £70k + Bonus 

I'm looking to speak with experienced Commercial Property Solicitors interested in joining a leading Top 100 Bristol Firm.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll take on a wide variety of high-quality work, with plenty of meaningful interaction with clients. You’ll play an important role both internally (guiding and supporting junior lawyers) and externally, building and nurturing relationships with clients, banks, and property owners. Your strong communication skills and commercial awareness will be key in maintaining excellent service standards.  The firm pride themselves on authenticity and integrity, fostering a culture where people are encouraged to be themselves. The work speaks for itself: as a Top 100 UK law firm, they deal with a range of clients, from family-run businesses and SMEs to PLCs and international companies.

Ideally you'll be seasoned commercial property lawyer (6PQE+) who combines solid technical ability with a strong client-focused mindset. Whilst exposure to secured lending is preferred, this isn’t a dealbreaker. 

While this role could be tied to any of their offices, most of the team is based in Bristol. Flexible or hybrid working arrangements that suit your circumstances are welcomed.
