An established regional law firm is looking to recruit into their Property Dispute Resolution Team in Somerset. 

In this role, you’ll be advising clients across a wide spectrum of property disputes, from residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues—including possessions, disrepair, forfeiture, lease renewals, and service charge disputes—to land-related matters such as boundary disagreements, rights of way, rights to light, and adverse possession claims.

Advocacy is optional but available for those looking to develop that skill set. You’ll also play a role in networking and business development as the firm continues to build its client base and grow the department.
