Newly Qualified Primary Teacher (NQT) | Solihull

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to join a welcoming primary school in Solihull on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT/NQT looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills while making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The role will involve:

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
Working closely with parents, colleagues and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.We're looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or is currently completing their teacher training and working towards QTS.
Is a passionate and enthusiastic educator eager to begin their teaching career.
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and a willingness to learn.
Has a good understanding of primary education and child development.
Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
Location :Solihull
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Full-time
