Newly qualified Commercial Solicitor is required to join a hospitality business based in Cheshire on a permanent basis ideally to start in September this year.

You will be joining a small in-house legal team and be working closely with the Head of Legal on general commercial contract matters.

As the Commercial Solicitor, you will be;

• Undertaking a full range of commercial contracts, mainly with B2B Contracts
• Undertaking a suite of contract work which will include drafting and negotiating contracts with external clients and supplier contracts in line with internal contractual policies and procedures before the supply of services
• Assisting with contract negotiations as required
• Working collaboratively across HR, Finance, IT and Sales to support with commercial work as required

As the Commercial Solicitor, you will have;

• Be Newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial contract drafting
• Have a wide range of commercial contracts experience ideally across goods and services
• Have experience working in either a private practice or in-house setting
