What you'll do:

As a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor, your primary responsibility will be to:

• Provide support on existing cases rather than managing an independent caseload-at least initially
• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including both fast track and intermediate track cases, under suitable supervision
• Acquire practical experience in comprehensive case management
• Support cases from initiation through to resolution
• Collaborate closely with experienced legal professionals
• Play a pivotal role in achieving team objectives and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
