Night Aerospace Export Controller

We are seeking an experienced Night Aerospace Export Controller to join a fast-paced logistics team operating within the aerospace sector. This is a critical, hands-on role ensuring the smooth and compliant export of high-priority and time-sensitive aerospace shipments during night operations.

• Manage and control all export shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and compliance with customs regulations and aerospace standards

• Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, export declarations, commercial invoices, etc.)

• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure delivery schedules are met

• Monitor the movement of high-priority and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of shipment records in line with regulatory requirements

• Identify and resolve any delays or issues with export consignments

• Maintain a strong focus on compliance with UK and international export controls, including aerospace-specific regulations

• Proven experience in an export or freight forwarding role, ideally within the aerospace or aviation sector

• Solid understanding of export documentation, customs procedures, and compliance regulations

• Experience working with AOG shipments

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Working Hours:

Night shift and 4 on 4 off 19.00-07.00
