The Biltmore Mayfair, LXR Hotels & Resortshas an exciting role within their kitchen team as a Night Chef. We are looking for someone who is confident in kitchen operations and has experience in food prep and working outside normal operating hours.

Night Chef will have:
As a Night Chef you will have proven experience in a similar position in a Four/Five Star Hotel or fine dining restaurant .
To work as an individual and as part of a team by owning the preparation of mise-en-place and service for the section / department.
Oversee and run kitchen service during the night.
Follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure that the food cost is in line with budget
Ensuring all dishes are correctly presented and garnished before leaving the kitchen

The Biltmore Mayfair, LXR Hotels & Resorts opened in September2019, after undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment. Situated on a super prime location in the heart of Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, will offer 257 luxuriously appointed guest rooms as well as 51 highly-curated and beautifully designed suites, which will reflect the propertys origin as a sophisticated and elegant London private residence.

An all-year round alfresco terrace, an exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition, the hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller function suites up to 100 guests.
