Night Cleaner - Soho Farmhouse

The Role… 

At Soho House, the Night Cleaner plays a key role in ensuring that all areas of the property remain spotless, hygienic, and well-presented for members, guests, and staff. Working during overnight hours, you will carry out cleaning duties in public areas, restaurants, bars, offices, and back-of-house spaces to maintain the highest cleanliness standards. 

The Night Cleaner will work independently or as part of a small overnight team, ensuring that the property is ready for the next day’s operations.

Key duties…

• Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, offices, back-of-house spaces, restrooms, restaurants, and bars overnight.


• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and sanitise surfaces to required standards.


• Deep clean areas not possible during daytime service hours (e.g., kitchens, carpets, event spaces).


• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials where required.


• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.


• Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times.


• Report maintenance issues or hazards identified during night shifts.


• Support with waste management and recycling processes.


• Work discreetly and professionally in member and guest-facing areas. 

What we are looking for...

A successful Night Cleaner for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.  

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.


• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. 


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. 


• Reliability, discretion, and a professional attitude. 


• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. 


• Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction 


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 


• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
