Hyperion Partners is proud to be working on behalf of a prestigious Build to Rent operator in the search for a proactive, professional, and personable Night Community Host to join their flagship luxury residential development in Central London.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality or front-of-house professional to become a key part of a team delivering exceptional resident experiences in a high-end, community-driven environment.

• Provide a welcoming and reassuring presence at night for residents, guests, and contractors

• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing enquiries and resolving overnight issues

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of communal areas

• Monitor building security systems and conduct regular patrols

• Handle key management, parcel deliveries, and handovers for morning staff

• Manage access control, CCTV, and emergency protocols when required

• Act as a point of contact for out-of-hours maintenance and incident reporting

• Promote a warm, safe, and community-led atmosphere throughout the building

• Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality (luxury residential preferred)

• Calm, confident, and capable of working independently overnight

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management or security systems

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanour

• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and maintains high standards

• SIA licence, first aid, or fire marshal certification (desirable but not essential)
