We are looking for a reliable and professional Night Concierge to join the team at a prestigious residential development in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is calm, attentive, and committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and reassuring presence to residents and visitors overnight

• Monitor building security, including CCTV, alarms, and access control

• Manage parcel and key logs accurately and securely

• Handle any overnight incidents or emergencies with professionalism

• Maintain clear and detailed handover reports for the day team

• Support the overall safety and upkeep of the front-of-house area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a night concierge, security, or similar role

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, composed manner

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• SIA licence is desirable but not essential

• Proactive and confident in handling building-related issues
