Overview
An outstanding Property Management company has recently acquired a large residential block to their expanding portfolio.

We’re seeking 3x NEW Concierges to work on a rotating shift pattern covering the timeframe between 7am and 7pm. You will be a key part of the team responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day night operations of a prestigious residential building.

Working alongside the Building Manager when available, you will be the first point of contact for residents during your shift, helping to maintain high service standards and ensuring the building runs efficiently outside normal office hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents during your shift, managing non-urgent enquiries in person, by phone, or email
• Record and report any maintenance issues to the Building Manager in writing to be followed up on the next morning
• Keep accurate electronic logs of telephone calls, maintenance requests, contractor visits, and general site observations
• Monitor and supervise contractors on site to ensure respectful and tidy working practices
• Monitor CCTV as directed
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception and concierge area
• Carry out functional tests on building systems if required

What we’re looking for:

• Professional and reliable with excellent communication skills
• Previous concierge or frontline experience ideally
• Willing to work on a rota covering different shifts between 7am and 7pm
