Night Concierge

Location: Fulham, London SW6
Salary: £30,000 - £31,500
Hours: 4 on, 4 off | 08:00PM - 08:00AM

We are seeking a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join a large luxury residential development in Fulham. You will be the welcoming presence for residents and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment overnight.

• Provide first-class front-of-house service

• Respond to resident requests and queries with professionalism

• Complete nightly patrols and health & safety checks

• Oversee amenities, equipment checks, and audits

• Support with waste management (Category B licence required)

• Previous customer service experience (hospitality or residential an advantage)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working independently

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Category B)
