We are currently looking for an experienced Night Hygiene Manager to join our Kettering site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Night Hygiene Team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.
* Plan and coordinate hygiene activities in line with production requirements.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, COSHH, and Health & Safety standards.
* Conduct hygiene inspections, audits, and verification checks.
* Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the site.
* Manage hygiene resources, including labour, equipment, and cleaning materials.
* Support employee training, development, attendance, and performance management.
* Work closely with Production, Technical, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency.
About You
* Previous experience within a Hygiene Department in a food manufacturing environment.
* Experience leading and managing teams.
* HACCP and COSHH trained.
* Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
* A proactive approach with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Desirable:
* Train the Trainer qualification.
* Food Safety qualification.
* Bakery manufacturing experience.
