Night Manager

The 180-year-old neo baroque edifice, which once housed the erstwhile St. Olave’s Grammar School, is now unveiled as The LaLiT London. The luxury boutique hotel features 70 beautifully designed rooms, each ornamented with custom-made art- combining Indian culture with a quintessential British charm.

Your New Role

As a Night Manager you will ensure that all guests and your team have an enjoyable experience whilst at The LaLiT London.

You and your team will together will deliver a personal and friendly service. You will be proactive in anticipating guest needs and create a homely and luxurious guest experience. As Night Manager you will also be responsible for the safety and security of all guests and staff by ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night.

What you will need to succeed

·Previous experience Front Office from a luxury 4/5* hotel

·Experience in running a hotels night function

·Fluent in written & verbal English language

·Strong interpersonal & communication skills

·Exceptional customer care skills

·Great team worker

·Ability to work under pressure

·Pride and attention to detail in your work

·Flexible attitude

·Knowledge of Opera

·Knowledge of London’s points of interest.
