Location: Liverpool Street – within a 2-mile radius
Contract: Temporary, with chance of permanent
Pay: £23.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00pm – 2:00am
Travel: Must be able to work on foot within the local 2-mile radius

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Painter & Decorator to carry out painting and decorating maintenance across commercial properties around Liverpool Street.

The role will involve general maintenance painting, decorating and making-good works, with the successful candidate expected to maintain a high standard of finish.

Duties

* Maintenance painting and decorating

* Painting walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork

* Preparation, filling and sanding

* Making good damaged surfaces

* Touch-up and redecoration works

* Minor repairs prior to painting

* Maintaining communal and commercial areas

* Keeping work areas clean and tidy

* Completing works to a high standard

Requirements

* Previous maintenance painting and decorating experience

* Good preparation and finishing skills

* Able to work 6:00pm – 2:00am

* Must be able to travel on foot within a 2-mile radius of Liverpool Street

* Reliable and punctual

* Good standard of workmanship
