Night Picking Operative

We are currently looking for Chill Picking Operatives to join a busy cold store warehouse based on the outskirts of Newmarket.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is happy working night shifts and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role:

As a Chill Picking Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

* Picking chilled products accurately and efficiently

* Preparing customer orders ready for dispatch

* Using warehouse equipment safely

* Checking products and quantities

* Maintaining a clean and organised working area

* Working as part of a busy warehouse team

* Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures

Working Hours & Pay:

* 4 days on / 4 days off

* 6:00pm – 6:00am

* £15.17 per hour

* Rotating shift pattern

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous warehouse, picking or order-picking experience

* Be comfortable working night shifts

* Be physically fit, as the role involves being on your feet and handling products

* Have good attention to detail

* Be reliable and punctual

* Be able to work well as part of a team

* Be comfortable working in a chilled/cold store environment

Previous cold store experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
