Start date: 5th August 2025
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: London SW7 2QJ (South Kensington)
Report into: Head Porter and/or Property Manager
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Primarily focus on maintaining security, cleanliness in lobbies and corridors.
* Rubbish removal.
* Routine inspections or site patrol.
* Watering communal garden plants and pots depending on weather conditions.
* Assisting residents with various needs, ie; handling luggage and shopping bags. Newspaper delivery to appropriate apartments. Calling/booking a cab/stopping taxis.
