Night Porter

We are currently seeking two reliable and proactive Night
Porters to join our dedicated team at a hotel in Stafford. We have one full -time and one part -time position available. As part of a 7 -day operation,
flexibility with working nights across weekdays and weekends is essential.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Welcoming
  and checking in late -arriving guests
  
• Ensuring
  guest security and safety throughout the night
  
• General
  cleaning and tidying of public areas during quiet periods
  
• Serving
  light snacks and drinks during night -time hours
  
• Monitoring
  the premises and responding to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
  
• Assisting
  with any ad hoc tasks required overnight to ensure smooth hotel operations
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A
  friendly, professional manner with excellent customer service skills
  
• The
  ability to work independently and remain alert during night hours
  
• Strong
  attention to detail, especially when performing cleaning duties
  
• Previous
  experience in a similar or the same Night Porter position is an advantage
