Job Description - Night Resident Service Manager

Serve as the primary front-of-house contact overnight, providing a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests.
Liaise with the on-site security officer to ensure smooth coordination across the development.
Monitor building systems, report issues, and liaise with emergency contacts if needed.
Handle resident queries and requests efficiently and discreetly.
Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes for day staff.
Perform regular inspections of communal areas to ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards are upheld.
