Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional room service experience to guests during the night shift.
Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Ensure proper set-up and organization of the room service area.
Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room service area.
Effectively handle billing and cash transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all safety and security procedures.
Requirements:

Prior experience as a waiter or in room service is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for order processing and billing.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status).
