Job Spec

• Servicing customer queries on a day-to-day basis
• Ensuring accounts are kept up-to-date and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to
• Working across many areas of the business
• Providing professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone, and email
• Accurately recording data, including adjustments, closures, and other processes
• Resolving all customer account queries efficiently and promptly
• Liaising internally with other departments to resolve customer queries
• Promptly raising any escalations to maintain customer satisfaction
• Staying up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures

Person Spec

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver best-in-class customer interactions
• Positive approach to learning new things
• Experience from customer-facing backgrounds is desirable but not essential
