Night Shift Manager

The Night Shift Manager will work a 10pm-6am shift Monday-Friday and be the most senior manager on the night shift. You will drive efficiency's and provide training to develop the team.

Description

• Oversee all operations during the shift
• Supervise the Manufacturing department
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Coordinate with other Shift Managers for seamless operations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift
• Get involved with CI projects
• Provide regular reports on shift performance
• Train and mentor staff to increase their skills and efficiency
