PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – FLEXIBLE NIGHT SHIFTS – HULL

£13.45 PER HOUR + HOLIDAY PAY | REGULAR WORK | FLEXIBLE SHIFTS | IMMEDIATE START

KFM Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives for our prestigious pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing client in Hull.

The main requirement is for 12-hour night shifts, with additional day shifts also available from time to time, including 6am–6pm, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

With the site operating 7 days a week, there is plenty of regular work available throughout the week.

The predominant requirement is for 12-hour night shifts, ideal for candidates looking for consistent night work. However, additional daytime shifts can also become available, such as:

6am–6pm | 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm

You are not required to work every day or every weekend – simply accept the shifts that suit you, subject to availability.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

Working as part of a team on clean, non-food production lines
Quality checking finished products
Packing and palletising products
Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Maintaining a clean and tidy production environment
Following all health & safety and quality procedures
Working effectively as part of a team
The Person

We are looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment – essential
The ability and willingness to work 12-hour night shifts
Excellent attention to detail
A strong focus on quality
Good health & safety awareness
A reliable and hardworking attitude
The ability to work well as part of a team
