About the role

Howdens Paint to Order in Thorne is looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Working as part of our warehouse operation, you will help ensure orders are prepared and processed efficiently throughout the night, ready for the next working day.

Key responsibilities

Picking and preparing orders accurately

Moving and handling stock safely

Loading and unloading goods where required

Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

What we're looking for

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working night shifts

Good attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit for a warehouse environment

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided

What we offer

£12.77 per hour

Additional £0.74 per hour night/unsociable hours allowance

22:00 - 06:00 night shift
