Night Site Manager

Night Manager – Food Retail | 12-Week Contract

We are looking for an experienced Night Manager to oversee refurbishment works within a live food retail environment on a 12-week contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all night shift site activities in a live food retail store.

* Oversee labour and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and on programme.

* Lead Health & Safety and ensure full compliance with CDM regulations.

* Liaise with store management to minimise disruption to trading.

* Manage site inductions, quality control, handovers, and daily site operations.

* Oversee expansion joint replacement and terrazzo floor repair works.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing projects in live food retail environments.

* Experience delivering refurbishment projects during night shifts.

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS Card

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Contract Details:

* 12-week contract

* Night shifts

* Immediate start
