Night Site Manager (Retail Fit-Out & Refurbishment) 📍 East Anglia 💷 £50,000 per annum 🌙 Permanent Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering retail fit-out and refurbishment projects across the East Anglia region.

This is a permanent position overseeing works on live retail environments, managing projects through the night and ensuring a smooth handover to the day team each morning.

The Role:

* Managing retail fit-out and refurbishment projects

* Working across multiple sites throughout East Anglia

* Typical working hours 10:00pm - 5:00am (subject to project requirements)

* Supervising trades and subcontractors on site

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

* Managing programme delivery, quality control, and site logistics

* Providing detailed morning handovers to clients and project teams

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work Certificate

* Fire Marshal Certificate

* Previous experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to work independently and oversee projects through the night

Package:

* £50,000 - salary

* Permanent position
