Night Supervisor / Multi-Skilled Operative (Driving Role)

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Night Shift – 8:00pm to 5:00am

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation for a Night Supervisor to join their operations team across a portfolio of commercial properties in London.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a practical maintenance background who enjoys working independently and takes pride in ensuring buildings remain safe, secure, and operational outside of normal business hours. The role combines property supervision, driving between sites, building access support, and carrying out basic maintenance tasks where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple commercial properties across London during the night shift.


• Provide access to buildings for contractors, tenants, and authorised personnel.


• Carry out regular property inspections to ensure sites remain safe and secure.


• Respond to out-of-hours issues and escalate where necessary.


• Undertake basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs.


• Report defects and maintenance requirements accurately.


• Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites.


• Liaise professionally with contractors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, property, or building services role.


• Confident carrying out basic maintenance and minor repair work.


• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).


• Able to work independently and manage workload across multiple locations.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working permanent night shifts.


• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
