This role is crucial for providing overnight support and ensuring the safety and well-being of those in the school's care. • Monitor and support the needs of residents throughout the night.
• Conduct regular checks and provide assistance as needed while ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Respond to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of observations and care provided during the shift.

• Experience in a support care role, preferably in a waking night position.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
