Summary
We have a great opportunity for a Night Team Member to join our team, and help to shape 'Enclave: Croydon’; our market leading, 50-storey Co-Living development in Croydon.
We’re looking for someone with positivity and commitment. Experience is a plus, but we offer full training- attitude is the most important thing.
With 817-apartments, this isn’t a role for the faint-hearted, but it is uniqueopportunity to be part of something record-breaking!
Working a 4-on, 4-off pattern, including weekend shifts. Shift patterns are 12 hours between 20:00 and 08:00, as set by the General Manager/ Team Leader (may be subject to change).
Key responsibilities
Customer service and team;
o Contribute to a happy, motivated and ambitious team that’s task-driven and results-orientated
o Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience, and become our ambassadors
o Be part of a comprehensive front of house service, anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
o Deal with complaints with empathy, and praise with modesty (We’ve got procedures to support both!)
o Drive upselling of additional services wherever possible;
o Assist with set up and operation of social events and activities with customers, network with customers at every opportunity to drive customer retention
o Ensure the security of the building is maintained at all times
o Complete administrative tasks as required
o Ensure building perimeter, entrances, terraces and communal gardens are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep
o Ensure full knowledge of apartment and communal area systems and operation
o Implement stock control / inventory, weekly void apartment checks, scheduling apartment health checks
o Ensure all matters relating to H&S compliance are adhered to and reported where required
o Shape and deliver resident experience objectives and targets, utilizing the Outpost Standard Operating Procedures
o Be part of the on-call rota as and when required
o Keep up to date with changes in technology, processes and standards within the industry, including local knowledge of recreation and retail
o Offer suggestions to improve operational performance
o Adopt a consistent positive, outgoing, ambitious and customer focused attitude at all times and lead by example- creativity is encouraged at all times to ensure we stay ahead of the competition in terms of customer experience;
o Ensure knowledge of the company Health & Safety Policy and comply with specific requirements requested of you for your role
o Undertake additional relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the role, as directed by your Manager, raising any issues with capacity so they can be properly managed
o Be flexible, and hands on. Get stuck in!
Commercial:
o Establish positive working relationships with the wider estate
We’d also expect the Night Concierge to extend their duties to other tasks, commensurate with the role.
