Night Fabric Engineer/Handy Person

Join a boutique FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in Central London.

Monday - Friday 8pm - 5am
£40,000 - £45,000 + van + Fuel Card
Mobile contract covering sites across Zones 1 & 2
Commercial Office SpacesResponsibilities:

First point of contact during the night for building reactives & contractors
Carpentry - Door hanging
Assembling furniture
Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets Requirements:

Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in any trade
