Nights - Quality Auditor

Job Title: Nights - QA

Location: Fauldhouse

Days: Monday to Thursday - 4 day week

Hours: 7pm - 5:40am

Salary: £30,284.80 (Includes nightshift allowance)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the implementation of our food safety and hygiene systems, in line with BRC, regulatory, and customer standards.
• Conduct and record GMP, hygiene, fabrication, and QAS audits.
• Complete daily QA checks including sharps, packaging, metal detection, chill, weight, and more.
• Monitor and document traceability, recalls, and non-conformance investigations.
• Deliver induction and quality-related training to new staff and contractors.
• Ensure calibration of weighing and temperature control equipment is accurate and up to date.
• Organise allergen testing and release of finished goods.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all documentation is compliant and accurate.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a similar Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 and Internal Audit (Food Safety) qualification.
• Knowledge of BRC.
