We are currently recruiting for a Nights Transport Admin to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in Stoke on Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities of this Nights Transport Admin role:

Supporting the night transport operation and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.

Communicating with drivers face-to-face and over the phone.

Managing paperwork, PODs, driver hours, infringements, and compliance records.

Investigating and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Chasing outstanding paperwork and following up on actions when required.

Maintaining accurate records and updating transport systems.

Liaising with drivers, planners, managers, and customers to ensure excellent service levels.

What you need for this Nights Transport Admin role:

Previous transport or logistics experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with drivers and colleagues at all levels.

Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Calm and resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Proactive, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.

Competent with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and transport management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Details of this Nights Transport Admin role:

Immediate Start Available
Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Salary: £14.10PH
