We are hiring a Nightshift Doffing Operative to join a well-established and respected manufacturing site in Kirriemuir. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports production and keeps operations running smoothly overnight.

You will receive full training, making this role ideal for both experienced operators and those looking to build a career in manufacturing.
Your role on shift
As a key part of the nightshift team, you will:
Remove finished rolls from the production line safely and efficiently Handle and move products to storage or dispatch areas Support the wider team to maintain production flow and meet output targets Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues promptly Keep your work area clean, organised and safe at all times Follow all health and safety procedures, with a strong focus on safe manual handlingThis is an active role where you will be on your feet and part of a team that relies on each other to get the job done.
What we are looking for
We are keen to hear from candidates who are:
Experienced in manufacturing, production or industrial environments Physically capable of manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual and committed to working nightshift consistently Safety-conscious with good attention to detail Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeIt would be great if you also have:
Forklift experience or a licence Manual handling training Previous shop-floor experienceHowever, these are not essential as full training is provided.
