Night Shift MET Technician

Location: Leeds

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 44 hours per week | Monday to Thursday | 6:00pm - 6:00am

Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: Up to £48,384 - Night Shift Allowance: £4,500 per annum OTE: £52,884+ plus bonus potential

About the Opportunity

Pybus Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Night Shift MET Technician to join a highly successful and growing accident repair business in Leeds. Working as part of a dedicated night shift team, you will play a key role in returning vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of repair and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Remove damaged vehicle components in line with repair estimates
Refit repaired or replacement parts to manufacturer standards
Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Achieve estimated repair times and productivity targets
Identify and report any additional faults or damage found during repairs
Accurately record all parts, materials and consumables used throughout the repair process
Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times

Requirements

About You

ATA accredited or NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good understanding of health and safety requirements
Able to work efficiently while maintaining high repair standards
